Hey peoples.... Today's post is about OWLS! all kinds of owls... OWL OWL OWL OWL OWLS ROCK OWL OWL OWL OWL lol :P but anyway, lets get to the blogging>>>>>>>>> Owl homes: Owls live in trees and in the ground, haha, yeaaaaa their are tunneling owls, it's actually very cool and interesting that they also live in the ground.

What do owls eat: Owls eat mice, rabbit and lots more! They swoop down silent as a.. well MOUSE :D and that's how they catch prey too. Day and Night: Owls are nocturnal witch means they sleep during day and are active at night, but sometimes they stay awake during day like those tunneling owls in the picture.

What else about owls?: I Don't know... I know lots about owls but i'm in kinda a rush (when I was typing this I needed to go) so just to sum it all up... I LOVE BARN OWLS!! Barn owls are just the cutest to me <3 Here is some barn owl pictures>>>>>>>

Brown bears!

Hi blog readers and bloggers! Today's post is about....BROWN BEAAAARS

Habitat: Habitats are where an animal lives. Brown bears live from the plains and forests of Yellow stone national park, to beautiful forests, they live in a large range of places across the U.S, amazing how many places they can live, even Alaska.

What do bears eat?: Bears eat Rabbit, Deer/Elk. (PSST here's an elk>>>>>)

A few other prey and their favorite! SALMON!!! Bear>> "YUMMY!! did I hear the word SALMON?!" They have good methods of fishing.Bears don't only eat meat to, they eat berries, sometimes grass, dandilions, and wild honey if they can get pass those stinging bees! OUCH. Hibernation: YES, it's for sure bears hibernate for the winter. They gather up all sorts of food to stalk up on for the winter, and when the first day of winter comes and the weather gets colder, they ease to a deep winter sleep. What are baby bears called?: They are not called pups, calves, kittens, or hatchlings because bears don't hatch from eggs! Their called... Cubs. Cubs stay with their mother until their I think 16 months old, I really forgot lol. But they stay with their mother until their old enough and have enough skill to hunt and survive, then they move on with their own life, to find a den, start a family and survive.

Hey guys! as you know it's going to be october in 4 days! And october is the month of halloween, so animal jam has done some spooky updates! and with updates like these... This means their will be random SPOOOOKY posts, and one special post on the very night of halloweeeeeeen!!! if You can't get around to read it on the night of halloween, that's alright! you can see it the next day or something like that. First day of fall! Featuring squirrels!

That's right! it's the first day of fall(fall was yesterday and i was planning to post this yesterday but i didn't have the time), I love to countdown until the next season :D anyway, this blog post is about SQUIRRELS!!! the cute lil' thing's <3 their cute, their fast, their fluffy and look cuddly <3 Squirrel food: Squirrels don't only like nuts, i mean sure their NUTS for nuts but they still love other foods: Nuts like Acorns, I think Pine cones, Almonds, chess nuts, Seeds, and i'm pretty sure berries and a bit more that i'm unsure of. Predators: I know that squirrels can be eaten by a big range of predators but i'm not going to list them off because when I posted this I was needing to get ready for something. Squirrel homes: Squirrels live in trees and maybe the ground, I don't know! i'm no expert I just know about animals, but point is, squirrels live in holes in trees or hollow ones that still stand. Hibernation: Hibernation means sleeping for the winter and waking up in spring, just like a bear dose! squirrels do it to, they gather seeds and nuts and berries, BUT I don't know if squirrels do because iv'e seen 'Squirrely' witch is a squirrel that plays in our yard with our dog, yes, our big golden retreaver plays with this little thing <3 but anyway, I don't think they hibernate. Camouflage: What is camouflage? camouflage is blending in with the area your in, for example this squirrel >>>>>>

Vultures!

Hey peoples. Today's post is about vultures (the vulture picture up here is an African white backed vulture) because i go to a thing called co-op it's 1 day a week and it's kinda like a school and their is this one big tree near a certain parking lot that has vultures sitting on it waiting for prey to come out so they can eat, and i find it interesting that the vultures are in a state that can randomly get cold or rapidly get hot at any moment, like say today is hot, then tomorrow it's freezing cold lol, but point is vultures are interesting animals, their big, their heads can be furry, and they come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, and a fairly big pack of colors: Brown,Black,white, and i think grey and a few other colors. Vulture food: Vultures are predators, their at the top of the food chain, witch means nothing else eats them. Vultures eat a large range of prey because of their locations (or where they live) they like/love to eat rabbit and they mostly like to eat whats left of a meal that a bear maybe caught. Where do vultures live?: Vultures live in a good range of places, Canyons, Deserts, Forests, and of course Africa! Do vultures live in dens?: NO, they live in the trees and maybe the ground, i can't be sure, but i CAN be sure they live in trees. Vulture wings: Vultures have a BIG wing span (wing span means how big their wings are) i don't know the wing span, because iv'e never measured :P but here is a picture to show how big it is>>>>

Vultures in the end: I Say vultures in the end because this post has come to an end, i mean really their isn't that more facts besides they lay eggs :P lol (have i ever told you LOL means Laugh out loud?) also i thought this picture was funny because the vulture looked shocked like "'GASP' WHATS THAT UP THEIR?" >>>>>

Rabbits!

Heya people, on today's post, it's RABBIT MANIA!! cute fuzzy little companions <3 our pets, our garden destroyers (eating growing plants) and their wild animals to! they live in the wild. Rabbit time: Rabbits are beautiful creatures and graceful animals and make good pets, they come in many colors: Brown, grey, white, cream color, and many other colors. Rabbit diet: a Diet is what an animal or other thing mostly eats. Rabbits don't only like carrots unlike cartoons do! they love to eat vegetables and any sweet fruit they can get their paws on! it's like their dessert after a meal. rabbits love to eat: Strawberries and other fruits that i have no clue.... Carrots, Weeds, Lettuce, Radish (a red plant that has a white tip, it's a vegetable) and sometimes wild flowers and some other foods, maybe even apples!

Rabbit and Hare:Rabbits and Hares are different, their in the same animal family tree but their is a difference! Rabbits live in snowy forest's and forest's and other places, and hares live in desert's and other hot places. Here is a rabbit>>>>>

Hares have big ears and bigger bodies to run fast and rabbits are different, their smaller and fluffy. Dens: Rabbits live in den's called burrows. They dig down into the ground and make tunnels and different rooms to live in and store food for winter when food is scarce (scarce means not much of a certain thing) Predators!: Rabbits are eaten to. they get hunted and eaten by: Hawks,Eagles,Bears,wolves, and even humans because some of us like rabbits for food. The wonderful world of fluffy: Rabbits are wonderful things, oh yea! i forgot, rabbit's are grown up bunny's. Seals and Sea lions!!

Hey Animal lovers! sorry i haven't posted in a long while, iv'e been sick-ish :(. Anyway, about seals, their amazing creatures, They swim, they walk, they Play to! they live where ever their is an Ocean! from the arctic to the warm shores and islands.

Seals: Seals are chubby lil' critters, their cute to!! :D, their are tons of different seals, from Spotted seals to Harp seals,oh what a wonderful world of seals we've got! Seals have thick skin called Blubber, that helps keep them warm in colder places like the Arctic. Seals love eating fish and other small things, but they get eaten to! in the Arctic areas their eaten by: Killer whales (or Orcas) Polar bears, and Arctic wolves. in more Tropical places, their hunted by: Sharks, Whales, Killer whales, and more. Seals don't walk like Sea lions, they waddle on their stomachs, their better at swimming than being on land, because their quicker in waters. Sea Lions: Sea lions are cute lil' things, their Very playful animals and enjoy both land and sea. Sea lions prefer to eat small things just like seals, mostly fish.... just like seals ;) hehe. Sea lions are mostly in warmer areas, warmer oceans. Sea Lions are hunted by: Sharks, sometimes killer whales and more. whats a TRUE seal?: True seals are seals that have Holes for ears, their just little or big holes at the side of their head. their is also another group, i totally forgot the name of it, it's some crazy name, but the point is, that kind of seal is a seal that looks like it has ears of a dog, little ear flaps that cover the holes that are their ears. Hunted: Seals are sometimes hunted by humans for the fun of it, or to get their nice Arctic furs for jackets, hunting seals is not allowed anymore, it could make them go Extinct, witch means no more of that kind of animal.
